Salary: £23,000–£26,000 per year

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Administrator, you’ll be a key part of our business operations, handling tasks that keep our processes running smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the operations manager with installation admin tasks.
  • Supporting the Service Administrator in scheduling preventative and corrective maintenance visits.
  • Manage vacant unit inspections and outsourced work administration.
  • Organising system paperwork, including specification and commissioning documents, and ensuring all records are updated in our CRM.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

You’ll also be among the first points of contact for our clients and engineers, playing a vital role in ensuring excellent communication and customer care across the board.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated individual who can bring the following skills to the role:

  • Strong organisational skills and confidence in a busy office environment.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a professional telephone manner.

Bonus Skills (not essential):

  • Experience with database systems.
  • Previous experience in field coordination, ideally within an engineering business.
  • Familiarity with invoicing and quoting for corrective works and repairs.
